Guidelines for segregation of waste:

1.Segregated biodegradable waste is collected and sent for recycling

2.E-waste like mobiles, computers, electronic equipment, batteries, etc., should be kept separately if they cannot be placed in the bucket

3. Items like books, newspapers, cardboard cartons, plastic bottles, metal, medicine foils, milk covers, and food containers should be cleaned and kept.

4. Do not mix biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste

5. Avoid using plastic covers/papers in the bucket

6 . Ensure dry waste for better processing

7. Avoid water content in food waste and do not deposit curry into buckets 8.

8. All food waste, fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, and other organic waste should be kept separately

Guidelines for Pets

Guidelines and suggestions for keeping Pet dogs and Cats in Sample Residential Apartments:

The most popular pets maintained in apartments and independent homes are dogs and cats. In a common housing area, certain rules and regulations must be followed for the harmonious co-existence of the residents.

Guidelines:

1. Written permission from Noel Sample Owners Association shall be obtained for keeping any pet animal within the apartment complex by the residents.

2. Tenants should obtain a no objection certificate from the owner before submitting the application to the association.

3. The pet owner should strictly follow the local Municipal rules and regulations on licensing, vaccinations and sanitations.

4. The pet owner shall agree with the rules and regulations promogulated by the association.
